I love, love, love Bulma. Dragonball Z was the first anime I saw when I was 13, and Bulma remains one of my all-time favorite characters even now, ten years later. When I saw the Dragonball movie, I was like, HOLY RAINBOW. This outfit was so vivid and colorful; I just had to cosplay it. XD The wig is the same wig I used for my other Bulma cosplay with Seafoam Green Sharpie to tint it to match the screenshot. The shawl, top, and pants were quickly thrown together from scrap fabric. The shoes are just regular tennis shoes with covers. The waistpouch is made from faux leather, and I'm super happy to have it. I love costumes that provide some kind of holder for my phone and camera. XD
