Everything in this outfit was very easy to make except the collar. It wasn't that hard either, just time-consuming. The wig came mostly as it was (I know, someone actually made a hairstyle that hideous on PURPOSE). I just gave it a little extra volume with some hairspray. The gold armband was cut from a sheet of brass (never again, that stuff is SO HARD TO CUT). The bracelets and snake armband were bought and painted gold. The collar is wire and beads. The headband was a purchased band which I added the loopdy-loo... things to it and the gems. The top and bottom were simple constructions with no planning needed.
